Grateful to Troop 911 for inviting me to speak about mental health! The Scouts were attentive, curious, and open--creating a truly meaningful and lively discussion. Thank you to the leaders for supporting this work and making space for honest conversations.

We recently visited a local scout trop to lead a mental health session during a very difficult time for their community. We focused on listening, sharing tools for emotional well-being, and reminding each other that no one has to face hard things alone.

We enjoyed presenting to the middle schoolers of Joe Mitchell and especially answering questions after our event! Thank you to Mrs. Woodworth for this wonderful opportunity.

I co-developed and presented a curriculum about youth mental health to the Scout adults in LEAD 2024. This was an important experience that has helped me to realize my passion about mental health education
