How to Print the Mental Health Awareness Poster

We recommend using Canva for high-quality, affordable printing. Follow these steps to print the poster using Canva:

1. Download the Poster from Google Docs

   • Click this LINK to access the poster. 

   • In Google Docs, go to File > Download > Select PDF Document (.pdf) to save the file to your device.

2. Upload the Poster to Canva

   • Visit Canva.

   • Create a free account or log in if you already have one.

   • On the homepage, click Create a Design > Upload File, and upload the PDF you downloaded.

3. Select Poster Specifications

   • After uploading, click Print with Canva at the top-right corner.

   • In the product catalog, choose Poster and set the following options for a professional and affordable print:

     • Aspect Ratio: 3:4

     • Size: Large or Medium (depending on your display needs)

     • Poster Type: Gloss finish for vibrant colors and affordable printing.

4. Finalize Your Order

   • Once you’ve selected your poster specifications, confirm the quantity and place your order.

   • Alternatively, you can take the downloaded PDF to a local print shop or use an online service like FedEx, Staples, or Vistaprint.
